hallmarked 1809, Thomas & Richard Carpenter, with a beautifully engraved verge fusee movement, signed and dated William Whitmore, Northampton 1818. Matching hallmarked cases, diameter of outer case 5.5cm, with key. Weight 153.8gms
winds and is ticking, original bulls eye glass in place, clasp loose on the outer case, closes neatly, but I wouldn't trust it. Minor cracks and marks to the dial commensurate with age
