Aesthetically, the microphone is in fairly good overall order. On one side, the grille is rather tarnished/blackened. Black plastic cable wrap is split in one place, revealing slightly frayed cable beneath. Rust to mounting screws. Some screw fittings likely not original. Rubber suspensions have deteriorated and are disintegrating and weak.
