A cased Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) medal by Garrard & Co., London, in silver, hallmarked for 1923
Provenance: Awarded to Thomas Callender Campbell Mackie (Scottish artist, 1886-1952) for his service as Secretary of the Scottish Penny-a-Week Fund, British Red Cross Society. Included with the lot are two Red Cross War Service Medals and a selection of photographs of Mackie.
Note: yellow metal dress studs have been withdrawn from this lot.
