Swan's head handle is in good overall condition, though heavily tarnished and with light scuffs here and there. Initials "LR" engraved to beak. Handle is solidly attached to shaft, which is in similarly clean condition. Mechanism works smoothly. Navy silk canopy is in poor condition, with many tears and more certain to open up if the parasol were to be opened to its full extent. Tip is rusted at its extremity.
