A 19th century mahogany and burr maple veneered Kilmarnock style chest of drawers with deep central drawer flanked by pairs of shallow drawers over three long drawers all with turned handles on bun feet, 119cm high x 127cm wide x 54cm deep
Chest is in a good overall condition relative to age and use with surface wear to top, minor splitting to veneers on both sides
There is some looseness and minor damage to some of the turned handles and minor damage to beading, drawers slide with minimal effort but there is notable movement in the drawer liners
Chest retains original locks stamped SAMl (Samuel) HALL Birmingham
Frame is relatively rigid and does not exhibit signs of worm current or historic
