of square form, with a cast openwork scrolling foliate rim, the two corners formed as hearts, on a lobed base supported on scrollwork feet, by James Ballantyne & Son, Sheffield 1902, 21.5cm diameter, 488gms / 15.68toz
There are some surface scratches - registration mark to base which is RD374169, shoddily stamped twice. No issues or breakages, needs a clean in areas, no inscriptions.
