Hammer action is very strong. Holds half and full cock well, with a crisp release.
Barrel and hammer have surface rust - most severe towards breech. There is wear to the finish of the stock near to trigger guard and surrounding lock-plate. Some dents and nicks towards butt, with a potential historic woodworm hole at joint with butt-plate.
