DAVID MILLAR, SCOTTISH ROAD CYCLIST - A UNIQUE PAIR OF RACE-WORN fi'zi:k CYCLING SHOES
European size 44.5, in blue synthetic leather with orange embroidery, custom-designed for Millar to wear in the 2014 Criterium du Dauphine, the straps embroidered respectively with the name of the race, the names of Millar's two sons and their birthdays, contained in their original box with accompanying paperwork relating to their initial sale.

The Eloquence of Movement series of shoes was a collaborative project between Millar and fi'zi:k, conceived to represent the emotional highs and lows of his eighteen seasons as a professional rider. In each race of his final 2014 season, he wore a distinct design, ultimately auctioning the complete series to benefit the Small Steps Charity.

Note: Final two images are provided for context only and are not included with the lot.
