Lacking Salamanca plate. Morocco spine is worn and discoloured. One small puncture mark and losses to finish at base and foot. Leather corners similarly worn. Paper-covered boards are generally faded and marked. Lower cover a little warped. Corners curled. Binding is secure.
Water staining to inner covers and endpapers. Foxing to first few pages. Offsetting to all plates. Generally, plates are in fairly good condition, with some marks to borders and minor fading. Busaco plate with a repaired tear to border (not effecting image). Talavera plate similarly repaired (tear extends approx. 1cm into image). Vimiera also repaired similarly, with multiple small tears to page edge. Light marking to pages throughout.
