the watch case in 18k, with decorative engraved gold dial, with black Arabic numerals and blued steel hands, diameter of the case 3.1cm, the inner (metal) dust cover engraved "Maker To The Royal Observatory Sir John Bennett, 55 Cheapside, London." Weight including mechanism 26.2gms. The 9ct gold brooch bears Birmingham hallmarks for 1909, weight 2.1gms
24 hours after winding the watch it appears to keep time and is still ticking, I should say at this point that we do not guarantee watches are in working order, they are sold as seen as 2nd hand watches, we have nothing to do with their maintenance whatsoever.
