Oil bottles are stamped to base for James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield.
Percussion cap holder appears period and is stamped "M" and "Sykes" to top surface.
Box is generally battered and marked. Key is lost. Baize lining is dirty with tears and losses in places. Some interior dividers damaged and hanging loose. Splits and losses to the thin lengths of wood on the lower portion, over which the lid shuts.
