£80
A small carved bone articulated skeleton, mounted within a glazed case with a large pair of exotic moth's wings, with handwritten paper label reading "Glentrool fairy found on the 17th May 1917 by James McQuillan", the case measuring approx. 26cm x 21cm externally, the skeleton standing approx. 10.5cm in height
In generally good condition. The moth's wings are a little tattered around the bottom edge, with losses. The skeleton appears free of damage and is well patinated. The oak case is in good order, with minor knocks in places. Glass would benefit from a clean.
