The middle pink gem has a hook behind it that would have had a pendant/brooch that would have hung from this, sadly this is missing.
All pearls in situ, one of the amethysts has a tiny chip, but you need a loope to see it, all natural gem stones, inclusions visible in all with a loope, gems include sapphire, peridot, citrine, garnet, amethyst etc, a really pretty example. chain & clasp all good, 15 stamped to the back of the tongue.
