A selection of gentleman's hats, comprising a boxed silk top hat by Moss Bros., two bowlers (one by Moss Bros., the other by Rowans) and a green fur felt trilby by Christy's - all approximately size 6 7/8 - together with a pair of grey doeskin gloves by Fownes, bearing the CC41 stamp (5)
Top hat is marked size 6 7/8 in ink to sweatband. Approx. internal measurements - front-to-back 19.5cm, side-to-side 15.5cm.
Overall condition is fairly good. However, the upper side of the brim is rather dirty and has an area of scuffing that will not brush flat. Underside of brim is marked in places. Leather sweatband is a bit rumpled.
