of squat rectangular form, the body fluted with reeded rims, the lid with shellwork decoration, on four paw feet, by James Le Bas, Dublin 1818, 749gms
the insulators have been removed from the handle - the applied shellwork decoration has a bit of shoddily soldering, as does the base. The lid is not snug in a corner. Feet have soldering to steady it presumably - small dings to the body and spout
