Comprising a four-fold dip rod or cask measure by Dring & Fage of 20 Tooley Street, London Bridge and a four-sided slide rule by Gutteridge, Downing & Son, London; together with a vintage skirt height measurer with weighted base (3)
Folding rule with general surface wear. Occasional surface marks (probably paint, in places). Gouged where securing pins have rubbed around their sockets. Wooden end is cracked. Some rust/corrosion to hinges.
Sliding rule generally good, with an even patination. Some losses to the thin runners at ends. Occasional dark marks. One minorly cracked area surrounding a knot in the wood.
Skirt measurer with general wear. Scale is very faded. A splash of white paint at top. Securing nut is rusted. Chips to wood surrounding securing nut.
