with an 18ct gold galleried mount. Largest opal approx 7mm x 5.5mm, the side ones approx 4.5mm x 3.9mm. The old cut diamonds have a combined estimated approx total of 0.20cts, finger size K, weight 2.7gms
Both side diamonds have chips, not very obvious by eye.
