A Knobkerrie-type hardwood throwing/fighting club, the bulbous head with alternate geometric and undulating chip-carved detail
Knobkerrie is well-patinated with nicks, scratches etc. along much of its length. Narrow end appears water damaged, with discolouration and cracking, the wood being rather dehydrated. A couple of substantial divots out of the bulbous head. Carved detail appears so distinct as a pale earth is ground into cracks.
