a yellow metal mounted double crystal ball pendant, the decorative mounts set with turquoise and wire work. Diameter of the balls 14.3mm, diameter of the beads, 9.6mm, length 3.5cm, weight 11.7gms. Together with a pair of yellow metal mounted carved coral cameo earrings, 2.2cm, weight 2.8gms
Corals; dimensions of cameos 15.6mm x 11mm, striation inclusions clearly visible, nice cut back settings, probably Victorian.
Ball pendant; crystals are hand cut, some evidence of tool marks, a couple of tiny inclusions indicative of Rock crystal. The bead mounts are set with exactly 7 turquoise, with three plain beads and a gap, this is on both of them, might be symbolic of something? I'm happy that these are yellow metal mounts and not gilded white metal.
