by Harrods, London 1913, of rectangular form, with a glass-lined pen compartment, twin inkwell compartments, the inkwells with silver collars, and a central nib compartment inscribed '1916-1921 The Shipping Controller from his staff "This is for remembrance'', on four bun feet, with two scrollwork carrying handles, in original velvet lined leather case, 1,591gms / 50.18oz

The inkwells have dried ink in them and need clean, the maker's marks on the inkwells are rubbed.

The feet are hallmarked though two of the marks are rubbed. No chips to the glass. No dents to the silver. Needs a clean. Good condition overall - box is also in good order.
