Lilian 'Lil' Neilson was trained at Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee. She met Joan Eardley at Hospitalfield in 1960, and moved to Catterline in 1962.
Provenance: Jimmie MacGregor MBE. Musician, writer, broadcaster.
Presents in good, stable condition. Minor surface abrasions and grime. Examined under UV. This work has a highly-textured surface.
