A 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY BREAKFRONT LIBRARY BOOKCASE
with moulded serpentine cornice topped with turned finials over four glazed doors with scrolled beading over four cabinet doors on plinth base, 271cm high x 277cm wide x 58cm deep
Bookcase is in a fair condition relative to age, there is unfortunate damage to the glazed doors of the outermost doors, there is surface wear and sun bleaching to much of the front facing cabinet doors and plinth base.
The bookcase top splits into three sections unified by the cornice and is original to base.
I believe the bookcase to be an early Victorian example circa 1850s
