Dated February 20th 1967, between Roy Orbison and Bill Dees and Acuff-Rose Publications Ltd. for the song "One of the Lonely Ones", signed by Orbison, Dees and Wesley A. Rose, the President of Acuff-Rose Music and son of the company's founder, Fred Rose.
Provenance: Stuart Cameron, founder of country music promotional company, Hotdisc, of which Bill Dees was a client. The contract here offered was gifted to Stuart by Dees.
