Henri Dilion violin (darker finish)
Body, neck and scroll are worn, with scratches and inconsistencies in finish. A piece of wood has been spliced in where the neck joins the body. The fingerboard sits very close to the body, giving a very high action towards the bridge. Tuning pegs do not match. One is chipped. Body has a couple of deep divots. Some cracks (please refer to additional images).
Jacobus Stainer copy -
Violin is very worn around edges. Finish generally scratched, chipped and pitted. Heavy wear and chips to scroll. There is loose element rattling inside the body of the violin.
