For the glazed cabinet: Overall fair to good condition, structurally sound, there is general signs of age and distress. The surfaces appear dry, a scratch to the bottom left corner. The backing shows streaking from attempted cleaning.
The occasional table is in good condition, also showing surface wear, minor scratches and marks.
