A 19TH CENTURY OAK ECCLESIASTICAL "BISHOPS" THRONE
with turned finial top over moulded overhanging cornice with carved pierced apron over panelled back over plain seat flanked by shaped pierced arms/sides carved with fruit and acanthus leaves, 183cm high x 74cm wide x 58cm deep
Throne is in a good overall condition with signs of repair to finials inclusive of losses of moulded bead, there is some high spots of wear to surface around arms and base, throne does not exhibit signs of wood worm current or historic
