Yes this a natural 'out the ground' diamond. It has been re set in a modern mount. It does not have a certificate. I cannot give you a 4C's report, but I can tell you what I can see. It's not top colour, but its not far off, possibly about GH, There is a slightly cloudy feather inclusion under a claw, some flea bite chips to the girdle. A well cut symmetrical old mine cut, with a culet facet, strong blue fluorescence.
