A SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RING
classic scroll mount made in 18ct gold, hallmarked Birmingham 1894, set with three sapphires the largest of approx 3.5mm x 3mm x 2.2mm, and four brilliant cut diamonds with a combined total of estimated approx 0.08cts, finger size L, weight 2.7gms
I can see zoning in the sapphires, so I can confirm they are natural sapphires. Diamonds bright and clean by eye, some clear feather type inclusions. Some wear to the inner shank at the back of the band and lightly to the the edge of the mount. Claws all appear ok.
